The IT systems and software procedures implemented for the functioning of this web site will, in the course of ordinary operations, acquire some personally identifiable information whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet protocols. Consequently, the mere access to the site implies that the information manager will acquire information and data on the user.
In addition, facultative and voluntary registration with the site and facultative and voluntary transmission of electronic mail to the addresses indicated in this site shall entail the acquisition of personally identifiable information on the registered user, such as, by way of mere example, his or her electronic mail address.
The user is clearly free to choose whether or not to provide his or her personally identifiable information, using the ad hoc registration forms provided. However, failure to provide data or to give consent to their handling may make it impossible to register the user and thus provide the service that he/she requests.

The personally identifiable information on website users can be used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the site's use in order to monitor its correct operation or ascertain any liabilities arising from the commission of unlawful acts detrimental to the site, the Data Controller or third parties.

In addition to the foregoing purposes, the personally identifiable information of registered users can be handled in order to:

Such actions are part and parcel of the foregoing data handling operations. Furthermore, data may also be communicated to third parties appointed to service the site by the Data Controller and under his supervision.
No personally-identifiable information acquired from the WEB service will be divulged.
Personally-identifiable information is handled by automated equipment for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
Specific security measures have been taken to prevent the loss of data, its illicit or incorrect use as also its access by non-authorised persons.
